    Conceptually this book really works, all pieces black and white, thick paper. The earlier pictures epitomize Teger's work, and it was refreshing to see some later pieces that had not appeared online. Good to see that some of the online pictures are better represented in the book, in particular with regard to water scenes. That said I was disappointed to see that the ink on opposing pages has rubbed off on the opposite. What would have been better would have been blank opposing pages.

    Es ist erstaunlich, was man mit ein paar kleinen Figürchen und menschlichen Körpern alles in Szene setzen kann. Die Bilder sind mal erotisch, mal lustig und manchmal einfach nur abgedreht. Letztlich geht es darum, den Körper als Landschaft abzulichten, in der die Figuren unterschiedliches machen: Golf spielen, wandern, am "See" liegen und so weiter. Raffiniert gemacht und schön anzusehen. Vielleicht bringt es den einen oder anderen auch mal dazu, selbst die Kamera mit seinem Partner zu schwingen. Genug Anregungen gibt das Buch dazu.

    I purchased this as a Christmas gift and the man it was for could NOT put it down. The photography is superb! There is no other word to describe it. The book itself is of excellent quality and the writing - forward, etc. by the author gives you insight as to who he is as a person, and he invites you into his head. More amazing is the reasonable price. In this day and age, this combination is very difficult to find. It also arrived on time. If you are considering this book for a gift, or, as a present to yourself, do not hesitate. You will not be disappointed.
